I’m sure if your reading this blog, that you are one of the smart individuals out there that knows you need to be prepared.  Who is going to help you in a crisis, no matter how minor.  Here in the NE the grocery shelves are bare in one day when a major snow storm is just announced.   I don’t need to go any further and fear monger like many trying to sell something.  I believe the smart and the prepared will prosper.   If you are too lazy to put something away for the rainy days then you get what you get (or don’t get.  ha ha)

My family eats mostly organic food so it has been a struggle for me to find quality food that’s non-GMO, chemical and pesticide free, and organic.   I haven’t quite found organic yet but what I found is close.   Harmony house foods has quality bulk dehydrated foods that have up to a 24 month shelf life.  I bought the vegetable sampler and used it to make soup.   I have to say, even my wife liked it and she made the next soup when I wasn’t home.   You don’t know how impressive this really is, I found something that can be stored and is a high quality food.  As a note, my wife generally thinks preppers are kooks.   Isn’t she lucky she married me.
